FRAUDULENT FAX UPDATE! It has been brought to our attention that several ADA members throughout the United States have received a fax with what appears to be an "invoice" from the ADA for "membership dues." THIS IS NOT A VALID ADA DUES INVOICE! PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY PAYMENT! Official membership dues statements are mailed from the CSDA Central Office, and appear with the CSDA logo and CODPAC call to action at the bottom.
